HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For international shipping we use Australia Post International Delivery and in Australia we use a Australia Post. We aim to have your order in your hands in 5 -7 working days although during peak periods it may take longer.

HOW MUCH IS MY ORDER IN POUNDS? EUROS? YEN?
Our prices are in Australian Dollars and exchange rates change daily so we recommend you check at www.xe.com for up to date exchange rates.

ARE THE UGGS TRUE TO SIZE?
The UGG ® Australia boots (excepting the Crochet and Cardy styles) are slightly large, however not a whole size. The UGG ® Australia boots are sized in US sizing. If you are a half size we recommend that you order half a size down, but otherwise order your normal size. Better to have a touch big than too tight!

WHAT IS MY UK SIZE IN UGG ® AUSTRALIA BOOTS?

Ok as mentioned above some UGG ® Australia Boots styles are a touch large. The below sizing applies to the Classic styles ONLY.

UK3-3.5 is a US 5
UK4-4.5 is a US 6
UK5-5.5 is a US 7
UK6-6.5 is a US 8
UK7-7.5 is a US 9
UK8-8.5 is a US 10

***Please note that the fashion styles such as Cardy and Crochet are not sized large***
